Estate Planning

Some people say that it's never too early to begin thinking about estate planning.

This is most particularly true if you fall into one of the following categories;

• Homeowner
• Minimum of £10,000 in cash or shares
• Married individuals and / or those with children
• The elderly or ill (even if you don't have assets to dispose of, you may want to make certain provisions for your funeral)

Most people will fall into at least one these categories and, if you do, you must ensure that you have the correct provisions in place for you and your loved ones.
